  • What are the technical requirements for using Physiotools?

All you need is any device with an Internet connection. When you order Physiotools, we will create an installation on our server and you will receive a unique URL that leads to your installation.

  • All licences in use – what does this error message mean?

Physiotools concurrent user license allow the creation of an unlimited number of user accounts, but the number of subscribed licenses limits simultaneous program access. So if you subscribe to 1 license, one person can use the program at the same time, with 2 licenses two, etc.

The error message appears if at the same time more people try to log in to Physiotools than the number of licenses allows. In this case, a user must log out before you can log in.

  • Why do buttons overlap sometimes?

Your browser zoom setting has changed. Hold down CTRL and press 0.  Logout and login again.  This will reset your browser zoom to default

  • How can I add a new user?

New users can only be added by the Site Administrator of an organisation.  If you don’t know who this is, please contact:

This video tutorial shows a Site Administrator how to add a new user.

More information for Site Administrators can be found here.

  • Does each user need to have their own username?

Each user must have their own username so that the exercise programs are documented to the correct therapist. Once you have your own username, you can save your settings to suit your requirements, mark the exercises you use most frequently as favourites, add and use your own templates and images and share them with others in your organisation.

If you don’t have your own user account yet, contact your organization’s Physiotools administrator (Site Admin). If you don’t know who this is, please contact:
