  • All licences in use – what does this error message mean?

    PhysioTools multi-user licenses allow the creation of an unlimited number of user accounts, but the number of subscribed licenses limits simultaneous program access. So if you subscribe to 1 license, one person can use the program at the same time, with 2 licenses two, etc.

    The error message appears if at the same time more people try to log in to PhysioTools than the number of licenses allows. In this case, a user must log out before you can log in.

  • How do I add or remove the QR code on the printout

    Administrators can select which information is displayed in the header of the exercise plan in the Admin tab and General.

  • How do I log in to Physiotools?

    You can login through our website www.physiotools.com using your email address or username. Click Login on the top right of the home page.

    If you have forgotten your password, you can always reset it by clicking on “I have forgotten my password” on the login page.  Just a reminder that your new password should be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and a special character (! # $ & ( ) * + – < = > ? @)

    Alternatively enter the URL of your Physiotools online installation in the address bar of your browser. We recommend you save the URL to Favourites or create a shortcut on your desktop.

    Enter your username and password. Do not share these details. Click Login. Note: All users must log in using their unique login details to ensure that all work can be documented and identified correctly. If you have access to several sites, select the site you wish to log into.

    If you don’t have your own user account yet, ask your admin to create one for you.
