Starting Physiotools

Accessing your installation

Enter the Internet address (URL) of your Physiotools installation in the address bar of your browser or click the link in the email sent by your Physiotools administrator containing your login information.

You can also login by going to www.physiotools.com. Click login and enter your email address

The address is always in the format https://XXX.physiotoolsonline.com where XXX is replaced by a name that your organisation suggested when ordering Physiotools.

When you see the login page, you can save the page to your favourites or create a shortcut on your desktop for quick access next time.

PhysioTools Online is optimized for use with touch-screen devices such as tablets and smartphones. If you are using a browser that is not supported, you will see a message suggesting that you update your browser.

Login page

On the login page, enter your username and password, and then click Login.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on the link “I have forgotten my password” located below the Sign In button. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters long containing upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters (! # $ & ( ) * + – < = > ? @)

All users must log in using their unique username and password every time they use the program. This is to ensure that all work is documented and identified correctly.

Contact your administrator if you do not have your own user account.

If you have access to several sites, select the site you wish to log into.

Click OK if your pop-up blocker is on and interrupts the login process.
